Preventative:
1 teaspoon Organic Flu Shot Powder with 1 teaspoon honey in mug with boiling water. Fresh lemon can be added, but there is ascorbic acid in mixture. Sip as a tea. The left over powder residue can be mixed with small amount of water or milk and swirled around and swallowed.
