THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL ORIENTAL HAND CARVED TEAK COFFEE TABLE. IT HAS A 30CM DIAMETER CIRCULAR TOP WITH A CARVED FLORAL BORDER. NICE INTERLOCKING CARVED FOLDING FEET AS BASE.
Teak comes from the teak tree, or Tectona grandis. Tectona grandis is a tall, deciduous tree found in south and southeast Asia. Growing up to 50 metres and living for 100 years, teak is coveted for its attractive colour and grain, durability, strength, resistance to splitting, cracking, termites, fungus and weathering.
