DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTION	A framed original oil painting depicting a seascape by well known South African artist Christiaan Nice. Done on artist board (hardboard covered in treated canvass) and framed in period 1970s frame. The artwork is signed at bottom right. It is not dated, but is still in it's period 1970s frame. It is medium in size and in horizontal format. It measures 50 cm x 65 cm framed and 35 x 50 cm without the frame. In the image above you can see the artwork up for auction. The images which follow describe this artwork better than I can, so please have a good look at them.
CONDITION	The artwork is in very good condition and also the frame. It is very presentable and ready to be hung as it is.

NOTES
Christian Nice's artworks have shown a significant growth in value over the last few years. He can be classed as a South African 'Old Master' and this artwork is a good investment at the price it is offered at.
