not sure of problems with the device from the last time I checked it, it has come on and played the old Mario brothers Kong game. unfortunately all the games are lost.
the reason I'm not sure of problems as I can't find the charger, but from previous use the device does come on and play.
battery is included just no charger.
and it does have a bit of wear and tear. use to enjoy the old Pokémon games on this device.
