This is definitely the original of the cartoon comic strip. This has been confirmed by Rico Schacherl, the creator. In the  1990s he used letraset black dot film for the people of colour in the strip and these are clearly visible.  Also, the strip is hand signed in green by all three of the artists and has a hand written copyright line as well.

Part of the history of our country, dating from 1994, probably the most important of all the years of the cartoon. And the subject is Nelson Mandela. A fine piece of Africana.

Price has been reduced.

The comic strip is 39 cm by 13 cm.

Frame is 64.5 cm x 36 cm.

Excellent condition cartoon, as new, and very good condition mount and solid black wooden frame, ready to hang on your wall.
