DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTION	A framed original oil painting (on fine canvass over hardboard) by artist S Ziruney. The painting depicts a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a verandah looking out over the sea. It is signed in the bottom right corner and not dated, but the period frame of white painted wood with inner and outer sections and hardboard in between dates this painting to the 1970s. It is of small to medium size and in vertical format. It measures 43 x 48 cm in the frame and 26 x 32 cm without the frame. In the image above you can see the item up for auction. CONDITION	The artwork is in good condition with no paint loss and colours still very bright. The frame is also in good condition. The painting is ready to be hung straight away

NOTES
A very well executed, bright and attractive original oil painting done by a very capable artist who has certainly captured the essence of the Mediterranean garden overlooking the sea.
