DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTION	A beautiful framed original oil painting by artist 'Carthy'. The painting depicts a Meditteranean fishing harbour scene with 2 fishing boats in the foreground. The painting is sold framed and has a thin gilded wooden frame. It is not dated, but was probably painted in the last 10 years or so. It is painted on artist's board (board covered with treated canvass). This painting is of medium size and in vertical format. It measures 55 x 45 cm with the frame and 50 x 40 cm without the frame. The artwork is signed by the artist in the bottom right corner. In the image above you can see the item up for auction. See further images for more details.
CONDITION	This artwork is in very good condition. It is clean with the colours still beautiful and bright and the frame unmarked. It is ready for hanging up straight away.

NOTES
A very attractive and decorative painting in a somewhat impressionist style and painted in bold brush strokes. Very well executed in beautifully bright colours.
