DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTIONAn unframed original oil painting (on fine canvass over 1 cm thick plywood) by artist Quentin Williams. The painting depicts a sailing ship in full sail sailing before the wind. It is signed in the bottom right corner and dated 1932. The artist has titled te artwork 'On The High Seas' on the back. The artwork is of medium to large size and in horizontal format. It measures 43 x 68 cm. In the image above you can see the item up for auction. See further images for more details.
CONDITIONThe artwork is in good condition with no paint loss and colours still very bright. It can be framed as it is.
NOTES
A very decorative painting painted by a very competent rtist. Beautifully composed with excellent perspective and use of colour.
