DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTION	A beautiful original still life painting by well - known South African artist Gerda Mans. It is painted in oil on artist's board (canvass on hardboard). The painting is framed in a wooden gilded frame with inner frame. It is not dated, but was probably painted in the 1980s. It is large and measures 78 x 97 cm in the frame and 58 x 77 cm out of the frame.
CONDITION	This painting is in very good condition with the paintwork beautiful, rich in colour and unfaded. It is also nice and clean and can be hung immediately. There are a few small marks on the frame.

NOTES
A very decorative and well executed painting by a very competent artist. The painting has rich and warm colouring. A lovely work to display and also a nice investment piece.

The painting is large and heavy and will cost R110 to send by parcel post in South Africa. I am not in favour of sending a painting of this size in the post since it can easily be damaged in transit in spite of our good parcelling. It would be adviseable to pick up this painting from us in Pretoria or arrange to have it sent by courier. Payment is to be made under our terms and conditions if the painting is picked up more than 3 days after purchase, otherwise it can be paid for on collection.
