Please be advised that we have one allocated parceling days. This usually falls on a Saturday. All parcels payed and cleared by Friday morning 09h00 will be packed and shipped by the Monday Following this weekend unless the Monday is a Public Holiday.
To package parcels and get it sent could take up to seven working days depending on when payment reflects. If you urgently need a parcel do not hesitate to give us a call or send an email.
We will not take responsibility for breakages that occur when parcels are sent via the South African Post office, we will however look at this in extreme cases.
