Here on auction we have an original SADF era original SADF era pattern 70/73 type canvas olive green colour A53 radio carry back-pack - in used, clean and VERY GOOD condition and intact with; no damage and NO fraying on the straps.

Hard to find these in such good condition. YOU just don't find these in this condition as the current army even still uses these and the ones seen are normally USED-UP and in tatters!

Scarce not often seen signals item - made in the typical SADF pattern 70/73 type thick olive green cotton canvas with same type plastic coated metal fittings.

Ink stamp on the bottom still visible - DS/52/53/72 (the type of SADF radios that fit n this bag) and also named to a platoon and section :-) .
