Here on auction we have an original SADF era pattern 80 ripstop canvas "donkey brown" colour Night vision carry bag - used with the SADF ICN number and the RSA country designation "18" in the code stencilled on the bottom outer panel.

This pouch was sized and would fit a night vision scope as issued for use with the R4 assault rifle.

Zip (OPTI brand used in the 1980's and also found on earlier Rhodesian era kit) and metal clips and all press-studs intact and work. No damage but is used and somewhat faded. Great age and patina piece.
