Here on auction we have an original USSR allu tropical khaki afghanka colour canteen and cover/ carrier - new and unused condition (clean and neat) and appears dated 1980 (see close-up of the date stamp) - putting it smack bang in the middle of the SW/ Angola bushwar period!
Unused. Clean. Intact.
100% usable - these were nicknamed a "bostiet" by the SADF forces and were sought after and popular war booty/ trophies.
