    He is the Lighter Blue Skin, Shorter Height VARIANT. . There are white spots on his elbow, hand, fingertips and tail .. A hard to find and highly Sought after Smurf... Fantastic!!! .........see photos !!! All spots of white in the photo that have not been described are just spots of glare from the camera.  A great addition to any Smurf collection !!!
