All paintings are packaged with sturdy, water-proof materials to ensure safe arrival and send once payment reflects - arrival of items can take up to 15 working days. The responsibility of fetching the item from your post office (and keeping an eye open for the notification slip) is entirely the buyer's. When items aren't picked up, they are sent back to South Africa. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you - please use these to inquire about your item at your nearest post office if you feel uneasy about the waiting period and your officers there will gladly tell you when to expect it, where it is now or give it to you then and there.
