Original World War I Brass Oil Bottle - Lee Enfield Rifle Oiler

I have on offer a WWI Period British Army Enfield Brass Oil Bottle. This oil bottle would have been used with a variety of rifles notably the Lee-Enfield Rifle. This would have been issued to and carried by a large part of the British Army during the First World War, and were used for oiling the moving parts of the rifle and keeping the barrel clean. These oil bottles were used in WWI and the start of WWII, they were later replaced during the war by plastic bottles due to shortage of brass. This brass oiler measures 9,2 x 1,8 cm. The brass oiler is clearly stamped 'M.K. IV. LB', along with the Broad War Department Arrow Mark. Ideal Militaria collectors piece.
