Original WW1 (1914) Princess Mary Silver Topped Bullet Pencil.

A rare, original Princess Mary bullet pencil.  The top is solid silver and stamped "STERLING SILVER".  The brass casing bears the crown and "M" (Princess Mary) with the base stamped "K14" and "VII".  In good antique condition.

This pencil was contained in a Princess Mary's Christmas Gift box. These gift boxes were sent to all British, Dominion and colonial troops who were serving overseas on Christmas Day 1914.
