This is a timeshare that I rented in Orlando from RCI for the specified dates. As it was a rental, I cant get my money back to cancel. We are going on a cruise, so we cant use this week. I just want to cover my financial outlay.
I have the RCI confirmation letter if you need to view it before commiting. I will get a gift certificate to the person who reserves the week from us.
This is a fantastic resort with excellent facilities and great feedback. The unit sleeps 8. It is a 3 bedroom 'lock-out' unit, which means that there is a one bedroom self contained unit as well as the other 2 bedrooms. What this then means, is there is a main kitchen and a kitchenette in the 1 bedroom. So two couples / families could have their privacy yet still be together. See the map of the unit layout below. The resort has nice reviews on 'tripadvisor' and lots more photos posted by travellers.
If you were to rent a unit from the resort directly at that time of year, the total for a 2 bedroom unit would be $1950!! (over R14 000.00). You can check it yourself on the resorts website as I did. I am offering a 3 bedroom for less than half ..........
