To grow ornamental pumpkins, start by choosing the right spot with at least 8 hours of sunlight and well-draining soil enriched with compost. You can sow seeds directly in the ground or start them indoors 2-3 weeks before the last frost. Ensure plants have enough space to grow, typically 1-3 meters apart, and provide consistent watering and fertilization. Harvest pumpkins when the skin is no longer easily scored and the stem is dry.
