- The first stage: soft, used for about 1 month, used for the initial stage of correction

Matters needing attention?
- When wearing it, relax your mouth and don't bite the mouthguard
- Do not put the mouthguard in boiling water
- At the beginning of use, there will be drooling, tooth pain, nausea and other phenomena. These are normal victory reactions, which need to be adjusted for a period of time
- After each use, brush the teeth and mouthguard clean with the toothbrush
- Wearing time is about 2 hours in the day and 8 hours in the evening
