general, the following shipping times apply:
1. Material: food grade TPE 2. Size: 60x45x25mm 3. The first stage: soft, used for about 1 month, used for the initial stage of correction The second stage: slightly hard, use for 2-3 months or so, further adapt to correction The third stage: hard, use for 3-6 months, increase the strength of correction, for later correction Matters needing attention 1. When wearing it, relax your mouth and don't bite the mouthguard 2. Do not put the mouthguard in boiling water 3. At the beginning of use, there will be drooling, tooth pain, nausea and other phenomena. These are normal victory reactions, which need to be adjusted for a period of time 4. After each use, brush the teeth and mouthguard clean with the toothbrush 5. Wearing time is about 2 hours in the day and 8 hours in the evening
