I recently bought this vest from Orvis in teh US but is a size too big for me.  I paid R1400 in total for it.

This highly sort after vest is difficult to find locally and I would guestimate that it retails at around R1500+ locally. 

A breakdown:  Retails for R900 at Orvis.com, shipping it to South Africa would cost a further R300-R400 and another R150-R200 for custom taxes.   

For me to send it back to Orvis in the US to change for a smaller size would cost a small fortune, so my loss is your gain!
