The words Osmiroid 65 W England are on the nib. I believe that the W indicates that this is a normal wring nib and not a calligraphy nib.
This must be quite an old pen as this style of nib went out of style some time ago.
There are no markings on the cap.
The reservoir tube has rotted away, and the filler lever is rusted but complete.
