Description
Otto Klar did a number of charcoal landscapes and drawings depicting rural scenes in South Africa and in Limpopo in particular. An interesting work depicting baobab trees that are so representative of the Limpopo region.
The work is in good condition and is well framed ready to hang. The drawing is signed by the artist (“Otto Klar”) at bottom left corner.
TERMS and CONDITIONS
In the event of a purchase by a buyer of an item advertised for sale at a specified price and at that price ("the specified price item"), on Bid or Buy an agreement of sale will be deemed to have been concluded between parties by means of data messages at the time and place where: i. the purchaser' acceptance of and decision to purchase the specified price item was received by means of a data message transmitted to the Seller or ii.in the case of an the prospective buyer making a reduced offer to purchase on terms which are less than those of the advertised item ("the reduced item offer") at the time and place where the Seller accepts the reduced item offer and conveys such acceptance through the Bid or Buy system to the purchaser. In other words in respect of both point i and ii above the jurisdiction in which the Seller resides and is either notified of the purchase of a specified price item or accepts the terms of a reduced item offer will be the jurisdiction in which exclusive jurisdiction is vested with the relevant Court in respect of any dispute pertaining to the sale of any item.
In the absence of payment being made within 48 (forty-eight) hours of a purchase I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item without any further correspondence or notification to the buyer.
