📝Ouma (Afrikaans for grandmother) is best known in South Africa for its beloved rusksa twicebaked, dunkable biscuit with roots in Molteno dating back to 1939. Over the decades, Ouma rusks have been sold in paper and plastic packaging, but collectors occasionally encounter promotional or storage jars embossed or labeled Ouma. These glass vessels often served retail displays or home storage for freshbaked rusks.
