VII.    Two-hole punched with burgundy ribbon and plastic cover First two volumes.
VIII.    Volume 1 has a Dust Jacket covered with Decifix. Volume 2 has a Dust Jacket covered, torn and creased and parts missing on the spine, with Brodart Book Cover.
IX.    Third Volume Hard Cover. No Dust jacket, covered with plastic.
