INSPIRATION BEHIND THE ART:

It probably goes without saying that I love the work of Van Gogh. This painting was also done to the sounds of Debussy and Vivaldi.  I am very influenced by music when I paint, as I hope can be seen in the energy and movement of the brush-strokes.  I had a great feeling of freedom painting this one.
