Born in 1959 in Cape Town, artist Paul Munro was trained by his amateur artist father before attending college to study commercial art. He started painting full-time in 1983 and spent two years capturing landscapes while backpacking in South Africa. His love of nature is well documented in early Paul Munro artwork. Painting from his imagination rather than pictures, Munro mixes his impressions with well-studied details.
Spending long periods of time away from civilization to work on his landscapes, artist Paul Munro imbues his paintings with a unique, emotional aspect. His realistic oil and acrylic landscapes, seascapes, and figures have made Paul Munro paintings popular with art collectors and enthusiasts worldwide.
The painting measures approximately 30cm x 20cm. The painting is framed which measures 40cm x 30cm.

Once an order for an item is conveyed online payment is required to be made by the purchaser within 48 (forty-eight) hours in order to conclude a sale. In the absence thereof the item will be relisted for sale.
I will deliver the item free of charge if the purchaser resides within 25 km of Cape Town central and requests the item to be hand delivered. In the absence of hand delivery I will ordinarily utilize MDS courier services whose fee for delivery I cap at R250.00. In other words if it costs more I will absorb the additional transport costs. If the estimate is less then you will pay the lower transport cost. I reserve the right to close the sale at any time and offers which are not responded to are to be regarded as rejected. I am not responsible for damages to items whilst in the care of a courier and the item is sold as seen in the images.
