PLS NOTE: sound and touch screen are not working - the sound and touch screen hardware is working but we just cannot find the drivers.

A new Windows 10 installation was done and it did not install the drivers for the sound and touch screen - we have searched the internet and Packard Bell's website

(and windows update - no luck.

Apart from this issue, unit is in working order. Selling unit as is.

The screen is clean, marks seen on the pictures are on the 'screen proctector'.
