Imagine This dialogue taking place several times a day

Me: Do you want a wee wee?

Child: No

Me : Come and have a go anyway....

(mom pulls child away from play and plonks on potty )

Child: Waaaaaaaaaaa!

(Nothing happens)

It would be pretty annoying as a child who feels they're not being listened to
