Vintage Brass and Steel Painted Mine Safety Wolf Lamp Made By Victor Kent, Sheffield, England

This Lamp has been given a gold, black and silver paint job as per photos. Some of the paint chipped off.  

The assumption is that it is not working although everything looks intact.

All markings are still clear except for the top plaque that has been covered with silver paint. 

Height is approx. 27cm without handle and weight is 1.7kg.
