Pair of Art Deco Dining Chairs

Beautiful set of 2 genuine Art deco chairs. The backs are inlaid butterfly walnut veneer on secondary wood and the legs are solid imbuia. The veneer is damaged in places: the one has several pieces chipped off at the bottom and two screw holes (from a previous repair) had to be filled up. The second chair is in better condition and only has one small piece at the top chipped off. However, everything is original with the exception of the new upholstery which is durable faux suede which is soft and warm to the touch. Overall the chairs are very sturdy and in excellent condition. The back is 92cm high. The chairs are only available as a set of two. The price is therefore for both chairs. They are part of a dining room suit with a sideboard and a six-seater table both of which I am busy restoring. They will come online soon.
