Pair of Large Handmade Adult Dutch Wooden Clogs.  These are Vintage Wett. V.V Ged. Hand Carved Clogs.  An authentic pair of Wooden Dutch Clogs (Shoes) Hand Carved and decorated/painted. These clogs, showcase the traditional craftsmanship of Dutch clog making. They are sturdy and iconic footwear pieces, also referred to as "klompen" in Dutch, and have traversed centuries, symbolizing not just Dutch heritage but also embodying practicality, craftsmanship, and resilience. 

 Adult size 10. Detail: Decorated in traditional Yellow with rust brown and black detail and the Wett. V.V Ged. marking with the three crosses the traditional farmers clogs.

Clogs were the traditional famers footwear for ease of walking in wet and bog conditions. These clogs are suitable for walking and gardening and thanks to the excellent fit the clogs give great support to your feet. The clogs ventilate well so you will not easily suffer from sweaty feet, and because of the wood there are no bad odours.

For those who are not used to walking with clogs, it will take some getting used to. After all you need a special technique to be able to walk on clogs. When you lift your foot and when you take a step you must curl your toes. After a while you will do this automatically. If you do not apply this technique, you may lose your clog while walking. Walking on clogs may also cause some pain on the instep of your foot, but that is only temporary until your foot gets used to the clog. So be prepared and do not let this stop you from buying your clogs, and steal the show!

Can also be used as a decorative item and/or for planters in garden or on the wall.
