Pair of Staffordshire dogs (circa 1890's)

Staffordshire dogs were always made in pairs and these days it is very difficult finding a pair as there is generally always one missing !  In this case there are a pair although the one (on the left) does have a few cracks in it and there is a small piece missing. Luckily this is at the back so not visible from the front.  These Staffordshire dogs were propably made in about the 1890's so under the circumstances they are not in too bad a condition. They stand about 19cm's high and are very sought after collecters pieces..
