How to use the Palo Santo kit
First set an intention about what to clear out of your space. Say it aloud or silently then light the candle. Once the candle is lit, light the stick with the flame, once it catches fire allow it burn for about 30 seconds. Then gently blow out the flame if needed. Place the stick in the bowl then to fill your space with blessings, gently use the feather to blow the smoke in the direction you want it to go. Start at the front door and walk clockwise blowing the smoke. To bless yourself, your space or crystals simply allow the smoke and rich smell or the Palo Santo to fill the room. When you are finished you can either put it out or the glow at the end of the stick will eventually go out on its own. Unlike conventional incense which burns out after lighting it. Your Palo Santo wood may be lit many times. The Black Tourmaline crystal is for extra protection. You can place hold it or leave it in the bowl while you are cleansing.
