Palo Santo sticks is a sacred wood from South America when burned, the smoke is believed to have both medicinal and therapeutic healing power. It is one of the most fragrant woods in the world. Traditionally burned by Icas, Shamans and medicine people for spiritual purifying, energy cleaning and healing. It provides energetic protection, removes bad energy, up lifts your spirit an fills your hone with blessings.
Light the Palo Santo Sicks - it's only necessary to use one at a time. Let the stick catch fire and allow it burn for about 30 seconds. Then gently blow out the flame if needed. Set an intention about what to clear out of your space. Say it aloud or silently. To fill your space with blessing, start at the front door and walk clockwise through with your stick. To bless yourself, your space or crystals simply allow the smoke and rich smell or the Palo Santo to fill the room. When you are finished, place your stick in a fireproof container. The glow at the end of the stick will eventually go out on its own. Unlike conventional incense which burns out after lighting it. Your Palo Santo wood may be lit many times.
