Sporting a "Pistol Grip" design that is a significant change from both DSLRs and compact camcorders, the Panasonic HX DC3 Full HD video camera puts the camera's flip out LCD screen right in front of your eyes while you hold the camera in a position suited for handheld shooting while participating in the action. The camera records a variety of frame rates and formats, including 1920 x 1080, as well as 720p, and iFrame recording. Please note the camera can play back the recorded video as either NTSC or PAL compatible video. PAL video standards are incompatible with NTSC equipment, and you should only play back NTSC compatible signals on NTSC compatible equipment.
