The core objective of the game is to destroy a "flood" of bouncing balloons that have been dispersed across the world. Players control a young magician named Michael who must travel to over 40 famous global landmarks and cities to clean up his failed experiment. 

The main mechanic involves shooting a projectile straight upward from the bottom of the screen to hit the balloons. When a large balloon is hit, it splits into smaller balloons, which then bounce at different heights and speeds. The process continues until the smallest balloons are eliminated entirely. The player character must avoid touching any of the bouncing balloons, which requires careful movement and timing.
