Parafilm® Nursery Grafting Tape is a flexible, self-adhering film specifically designed for plant grafting and budding applications.
Ideal for commercial nurseries, plant propagation facilities, landscapers, horticultural professionals and home gardeners, Parafilm® helps protect graft unions from moisture loss while allowing essential gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide to pass through.
The highly stretchable film conforms closely around stems, buds and graft unions, creating a secure moisture barrier without the need for adhesive. When gently stretched, the film clings to itself, making application quick and simple.

How to Use
Wrap the Parafilm® around the graft or budding area while gently stretching the film. The stretched material adheres to itself, forming a close-fitting protective barrier around the plant material.
Parafilm® may be applied over conventional grafting rubber or grafting tape used to provide structural support to the graft union.
For some soft-stemmed species, Parafilm® may provide sufficient support to hold the scion in position without additional grafting tape.
