A Paragon bone china trio from the 1930s in the Merrivale pattern.  This design shows a tree with mauve wistaria-like flowers, and clusters of bright enamel painted flowers.  The paintwork on each piece was all done by hand.  On the cups the mauve flowers can be seen hanging from the inside and outside of the rim.  Each piece is trimmed with a painted yellow-orange rim, and there is gold trim to the handle and foot of the cup.

It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.
