 Pen is in a very fine condition, the filler tube looks complete. It writes smoothly,.

Note the pen does not have the well known arrow pocket clip, but the one used by this manufacturer at that time.

Look up the history of Parker Popular on the web, it is well written up.   On the body it has the words 'New Parker Popular' over the letters 'M..I.D.'

Thickness of writing portion at maximum 12.3 mm. ( excl cap).   Length 131.3 mm.

The nib has the words 'Regent 4R over Gold Plated'.
