Why have your own home grown parsley?  The health benefits of parsley are said to be good for many ailments, from rheumatoid arthritis, digestion issues, and a breath freshener.  Its highly nutritious, with ample vitamins and anti-oxidants that can support good health. 

Parsley is a herb that originated in the Mediterranean region of southern Italy, Algeria and Tunisia.  It has been cultivated by man for more than 2000 years, and was highly regarded in Greek culture.  

Parsley needs moisture and ample sunlight to grow.  Grow it outside among your vegetables, or between your roses.  It can also thrive in a container garden.  Just add plenty of good organic compost, and regular waterings.  The roots of the plant are also edible. Plant direct in your garden, or start in seedling trays (See our plastic seedling trays)
