Part vintage Bachmann HO 2562 Scenic Classics Swimming Pool and Landscaping Kit in box. I would date this rare swimming pool kit to the 1960s. The items are manufactured from plastic, and is part of a railway layout diorama. The kit consists of:

An artificial turf square.
The swimming pool with diving board and stairs.
Changing room and shelter.
Table and 2 chairs, 2 sun loungers, a lilo, a lifesavers chair.
7 Little plastic figurines.

These items come in their original box. Great buy for the model train collector. NOTE: See my other model Railway items on bidorbuy, and save on shipping costs.
