Passiflora alata 5 seeds Frost tender fruit

¿Commonly known as the Wing-stemmed passionfruit or Fragrant Granadilla from Brazil is a tropical woody vine with thick quadrangular winged stems that can reach 5 metres.
The leaves are oval or oblong, 10-15 cm long and 1-10 wide. The fragrant flowers are a spectacular deep red, 7-10 cm wide wavy purple and white coronas.
It produces large edible fruit, oval or pyriform, yellow to bright orange, 8-15 cm long and 5-10 cm wide. The thick-skinned fruit has light orange pulp, fragrant and slightly acidic and can weigh from about 90 grams up to 300 grams.
This one is hardy to about 7 *C. and will not tolerate frost on its roots.
