This vining plant has yellow-green flowers that are followed by a purple fruit. Evergreen and acts as host to some butterflies. It does good in zones 8-11. Best in full sun to semi-shade. Fruit is edible, but not really nice. Leaves are also a nice feature as their shape is variable. Plant the seed in a moist retaining mix and cover lightly as light helps the seed to germinate. Vermiculite would be a good starter medium.
