Offered for your consideration is this Pathe Baby Cine Camera, manufactured between 1923 and 1925.
This camera is very compact and measures 11 cm x 10 cm x 5 cm. Its view finder and crank handle fold down neatly.
This camera is a hand crank model and takes a 9 m Pathe casette of 9.5 mm width film. This amateur format was introduced in Europe at about the same time as the 16 mm was introduced to the USA. It has a casette inside.
Lens: Hermagis Anastigmat 1:3.5 f=20 mm.
CONDITION
CAMERA BODY: The camera is made of metal covered with brown vulcanite. It is in Good condition. The vulcanite is coming unstuck on the film compartment door.
The condition of the camera interior is very good.
There is wear to the vulcanite around the edges.
The crank moves freely as does the picture counter.
There is corrosion on the metal viewfinder and the crank handle.
OPTICALLY the Lenses is dirty and adjustment movement is tight.
This camera has not been tested and is sold as is.
