Pattern 83 H-Frame Rucksack

SADF Pattern 83 Bergen H-Frame Rucksack. Used by the SADF during the Border War. Made of waterproof cordura nylon, nutria brown colour with black frame. 77 liter carrying capacity. Consists of 2 main compartments, 4 side pockets and 1 compartment inside front flap. Can be carried with or without the frame. All straps, belts, buckles and zips are intact. Paint on frame has started to come off but in perfect working order, no tears or holes. Repairs may have been done. Soldier's name or personal details may be written on front of bag. Manufactured by Specifico, Boputhatswana. NOTE: Surplus goods bought in bulk, every effort is made to ensure that the item is in a good condition. All packs are in perfect working order though the coulour may have faded and markings made by the soldier appear on the pack.
