The brown hard-cover is in good condition.   Alas, the dust-jacket is missing. The pages are in excellent condition. 

The book explains the legal technicalities wherein the UN claimed to have inherited authority from the defunct League of Nations. relating to South-West.

If you wish to pay additional R60 separately, then I could be persuaded to use PEP PAXI courier service (up to 5 Kgs) which takes about 8 or 9 days to arrive at your local branch and you receive an SMS to collect.
