This pea is great for drying and can be used as split peas. It matures early and shows off with the snow white flowers, before the pods starts to grow. This pea can handle various of weather conditions and does well with severe frost, having experienced a really harsh black frost, this peas did not show any sign of damage, I snapped of a few unmatured green pods and it taste real sweet.

This is definitely a recommended variety.

Harvest around 2 and half months after germination.
