Parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen whilst in transit are beyond my control – therefore I automatically insure your parcel. Please inform me if you do not receive your parcel / it is damaged so that we will be able to claim from the insurance.

Sellers are charged listing fees for Auctions and incur many hidden expenses such as commission for every “sale” completed if we receive your payment or not.
Some of these costs cannot be recovered in the event that a buyer reneges on a sale - Remember, it is a legal binding contract - so please, ONLY BID if you have every intention of fulfilling the sale;

Postage rates are standard and are in line with most BoB sellers. Remember, postage also includes packaging material such as bubble wrap, envelopes etc..
